Analisis Total Fenol Dan Flavonoid Ekstrak Etanol Kulit Batang Sungkai (Peronema canescens Jack)

Daun sungkai (Peronema canescens Jack) memiliki aktivitas dan kandungan antioksidan yang kuat terkait dengan kadar fenol flavonoid, namun pada kulit batang penelitian masih terbatas. Kandungan flavonoid di dalam diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber alam pengembangan obat sintesis suplemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metabolit sekunder menetapkan sungkai. Metode mengekstrak telah dirajang metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 70%. Selanjutnya hasil ekstraksi diuapkan rotary evaporator. Ekstrak diskrining fitokimia pereaksi warna serta diuji total kolorimetri. Pereaksi Folin–Ciocalteu digunakan sebagai pengompleks senyawa fenolik baku pembanding asam galat. Penentuan alumunium klorida standar kuersetin pembanding. Hasil menunjukkan ekstrak positif fenol, alkaloid, saponin. Pada diperoleh 14.97±1.28 mg ekuivalen galat/ g sedangkan sebesar 29.41±0.64 kuersetin/ ekstrak.
